Pecan Pie II

  1. Blend honey and sugar together.
  2. Cook slowly to form a smooth syrup.
  3. Add butter.
  4. Add beaten eggs and pecans.
  5. Pour into pie shell.
  6. Bake in 400 degrees oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Reduce oven heat to 350F (180C) and bake for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
