Crock Pot Steak With Herbs

  1. Trim fat from meat and cut into serving size pieces.
  2. Brown meat in heavy skillet using 1 tablespoon oil.
  3. Place sliced onions in bottom of slowcooker or crock pot.
  4. Lay browned meat on top of onions.
  5. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
  6. Cook on high for 5 hours or low for 8 hours.
