Honey Dijon Ranch Wings

  1. Place chicken in single layer in parchment paper-lined full-sheet pans (or in lined half-sheet pan for trial recipe).
  2. Bake in 325 degrees F convection oven 15 min.
  3. or until done.
  4. Cool; refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients until well blended.
  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  7. For each serving: Heat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. Add 6 wings; cook 1 to 2 min.
  8. or until heated through.
  9. Drain wings; toss with 1/3 cup sauce.
