Crunchy Fudge Drops

• 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 12 cup butterscotch chips
• 12 cup plus 2 tablespoons granola cereal
• 12 cup chopped pecans

1. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips; stir until smooth.
2. Stir in granola and pecans.
3. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper-lined baking sheets.
4. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Store in an airtight container.
