Simple Healthy Salad
- 5 small tomatoes
- 1/2 cup spinach or lettuce
- 1/4 cup cheese
- 2 slice ham or other meat (skip if vegetarian)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce or other dressing
- Cut up all the ingredients (except cheese and dressing) and place into bowl
- Grate cheese over the top of ingredients
- Melt in microwave for 20-30 seconds
- Drizzle dressing over the top and serve!
