Firm Tofu & Pork Stir-Fried with Ginger
- 1 block Firm tofu
- 200 grams Pork (thinly sliced loin)
- 1/2 medium Onion
- 30 grams Ginger (cut into strips)
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 1 Green vegetables
- 15 ml Soy sauce
- 15 ml Sake
- 1 Ginger juice
- Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the onions into half moon wedges.
- Add the onions, ginger, and soy sauce to the meat and massage to permeate the meat with flavor.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook Step 1 on medium-low heat.
- Cook well until the meat has browned.
- Drain the moisture from the firm tofu and cut 1 block into 8 pieces.
- Add to Step 2.
- When the tofu has become a nice browned color, raise the heat to medium.
- Pour in the A ingredients and mix everything with the seasoning.
- Serve on a plate with a side salad, and it's complete.
