Firm Tofu & Pork Stir-Fried with Ginger

  1. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the onions into half moon wedges.
  3. Add the onions, ginger, and soy sauce to the meat and massage to permeate the meat with flavor.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook Step 1 on medium-low heat.
  5. Cook well until the meat has browned.
  6. Drain the moisture from the firm tofu and cut 1 block into 8 pieces.
  7. Add to Step 2.
  8. When the tofu has become a nice browned color, raise the heat to medium.
  9. Pour in the A ingredients and mix everything with the seasoning.
  10. Serve on a plate with a side salad, and it's complete.
