Neelys BBQ Nachos

  1. Mound tortilla chips in a pile on a platter.
  2. Sprinkle with Neelys Seasoning.
  3. Spread chopped pork, beef or chicken on top of chips.
  4. Sprinkle with seasoning again and pour the Neelys Barbeque Sauce onto meat.
  5. Top with the melted nacho cheese.
  6. Lightly sprinkle more Neely's Barbeque Seasoning onto cheese.
  7. Top with jalapenos for additional spice.
  8. Mix all ingredients together.
  9. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  10. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to simmer.
  11. Cooked uncovered, stirring frequently every 15 minutes, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  12. Yield: 3 1/2 cups
