cheesy scalloped potatoes
- 10 medium sized potatoes
- 1 can Campbell's mushroom soup
- 1 box Velveeta cheese
- 4 slice bacon
- pre heat oven to 350F
- Peel how ever many potatoes you think is enough, then wash them off.
- slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick.
- Then place in large bowl.
- Cut half of the velveeta cheese into bite size chunks
- Combine potatoe slices, mushroom soup, and velveeta cheese
- Spray baking pan.
- then pour in mixture and spread out
- Lay 4 To 5 slices of bacon on top
- Cover with foil, and bake for 1 to 2 Hours or until potatoes are tender
- Eat and enjoy!
