cheesy scalloped potatoes

  1. pre heat oven to 350F
  2. Peel how ever many potatoes you think is enough, then wash them off.
  3. slice potatoes into 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Then place in large bowl.
  5. Cut half of the velveeta cheese into bite size chunks
  6. Combine potatoe slices, mushroom soup, and velveeta cheese
  7. Spray baking pan.
  8. then pour in mixture and spread out
  9. Lay 4 To 5 slices of bacon on top
  10. Cover with foil, and bake for 1 to 2 Hours or until potatoes are tender
  11. Eat and enjoy!
