Cucumber salad
- 6 cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Vinaigrette (see recipe)
- Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and, with a teaspoon, remove the seeds.
- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine cucumber slices with salt.
- Let stand for several hours.
- Before serving, drain excess water from the cucumbers and toss them with the vinaigrette.
