Cucumber salad

  1. Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and, with a teaspoon, remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, combine cucumber slices with salt.
  4. Let stand for several hours.
  5. Before serving, drain excess water from the cucumbers and toss them with the vinaigrette.
