Baked Cheese Sandwich

  1. MIX olive oil, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
  2. Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
  3. Spread olive oil mixture evenly over the soft sides of both slices of bread.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese.
  5. Place under the broiler or in a toaster oven for 2 to 5 min., or just until cheese bubbles.
  6. COMPLEMENT meal with an apple and peppers.
  7. SERVE meal with a glass of Sugar Free KOOL-AID, or a glass of water.
