Baked Cheese Sandwich
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
- 2 oz. Italian bread, split down the center
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 medium apple
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced into strips
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) , Favorite Flavor, or 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- MIX olive oil, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a small bowl.
- Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.
- Spread olive oil mixture evenly over the soft sides of both slices of bread.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese.
- Place under the broiler or in a toaster oven for 2 to 5 min., or just until cheese bubbles.
- COMPLEMENT meal with an apple and peppers.
- SERVE meal with a glass of Sugar Free KOOL-AID, or a glass of water.
