Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- To the cake mix, add in sugar, lowfat sour cream and the oil.
- Blend well.
- Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
- Grease and flour a large tube pan.
- Pour in half the batter.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
- Sprinkle some of this mix over the batter, reserving some for the top.
- Add in the remaining batter, then sprinkle some for the top.
- Add in the remaining batter, then sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar mix on top.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Test cake before removing from the oven.
- Cold 10 min.
