Sour Cream Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. To the cake mix, add in sugar, lowfat sour cream and the oil.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each.
  4. Grease and flour a large tube pan.
  5. Pour in half the batter.
  6. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
  7. Sprinkle some of this mix over the batter, reserving some for the top.
  8. Add in the remaining batter, then sprinkle some for the top.
  9. Add in the remaining batter, then sprinkle the rest of the brown sugar mix on top.
  10. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  11. Test cake before removing from the oven.
  12. Cold 10 min.
