Minette's Caramel Brownies Recipe
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 12 ounce. chocolate chips
- 1 (14 ounce.) pkg. caramels
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk (divided)
- 3/4 c. butter
- Heat caramels in 2/3 c. lowfat milk.
- Heat butter and add in to cake mix with 1/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk.
- Mix well and cover bottom of greased 9x13 inch pan with half of cake mix mix.
- Bake for 6 min at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chips, then pour on caramel mix.
- May top with minced pecans if you like.
- 300 degrees for 20-25 min.
- Cold before cutting.
