Heloise's Beer Biscuits Recipe
- 4 c. biscuit mix
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 (12 ounce.) can of beer, room temperature
- Mix and bake the biscuits as your normally do when using a prepared mix.
- If you make your own biscuits from scratch, do so as usual but use beer in place of liquid called for in the recipe.
- Do not forget to add in sugar in the amount called for above.
- If you only need a few biscuits, cut the recipe in half.
- These will turn a plain meal into something special morning, noon, or possibly night.
