Pancakes with Carrot & Pancake Mix
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 150 grams Milk
- 1 Egg (Medium)
- 50 grams Carrot
- 1 dash Butter
- Peel and grate the carrot.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
- Then mix in the carrot.
- Place a heated frying pan on top of a damp cloth, then back on the heat and pour in 1 ladle of batter.
- When the surface of the batter starts to bubble, flip it over and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Cook the rest of the batter in the same way.
- Transfer the pancakes to a plate and top with butter.
- Then add your favourite toppings like maple syrup or honey.
