Delicious But Easy Steak Sauce in the Microwave

• 1/2 clove Garlic
• 1/2 Onion
• 3 tbsp Soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Mirin
• 1 tsp Cooking wine or cooking sake
• 1 tsp Olive oil or vegetable oil

1. Grate the onion and the garlic, put all of the ingredients in a heat-proof container, and microwave it until it comes to a simmer.
