Lemon Sherbet

  1. In a bowl, combine whipping cream and sugar.
  2. Whip with mixer on high speed until cream is stiff.
  3. Fold in lemon juice, yogurt, and lemon peel.
  4. Add coloring at this time, if desired.
  5. Put in freezer.
  6. Stir every 45 minutes until frozen (about 5 hours).
