Easy 5 Minute Chive and Egg Stir-fry

  1. Dissolve the Weipa in hot water, then beat it with the eggs.
  2. Coat a frying pan with the sesame oil and heat.
  3. Add the chives just before the pan starts to smoke, and quickly stir-fry.
  4. When done, remove from the heat and add the egg mixture.
  5. With the residual heat, cook the egg to your desired doneness.
  6. Transfer to serving plates to finish!
