Easy 5 Minute Chive and Egg Stir-fry
- 1 bunch Chinese chives
- 2 Egg
- 1 tbsp Weipa
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- Dissolve the Weipa in hot water, then beat it with the eggs.
- Coat a frying pan with the sesame oil and heat.
- Add the chives just before the pan starts to smoke, and quickly stir-fry.
- When done, remove from the heat and add the egg mixture.
- With the residual heat, cook the egg to your desired doneness.
- Transfer to serving plates to finish!
