Marinated Vegetable Salad

  1. Boil water, vinegar, salt and dry mustard for 1 minute.
  2. Cool; stir in remaining dressing ingredients.
  3. Chill.
  4. Toss salad ingredients with cold dressing; cover and chill several hours.
