Spanish Style Smoked Almonds

  1. On a rimmed baking sheet, roast almonds at 325* for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring several times.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil and smoked paprika to taste.
  3. Add almonds and toss well.
  4. Return to baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with salt.
  5. Toss well.
