Spanish Style Smoked Almonds
- 1 cup whole blanched almond
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12-1 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- On a rimmed baking sheet, roast almonds at 325* for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring several times.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil and smoked paprika to taste.
- Add almonds and toss well.
- Return to baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with salt.
- Toss well.
