Gluten-Free Chili to Beat the Winter Blues

  1. Cook onions, celery, spices and veggie burger (crumble) until veggie burger is completely cooked (approximately 7 minutes) and is beginning to brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and beans bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce to low heat and let simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with your favorite grated cheese (or cheese alternative) and enjoy!
  5. Serve with rice for a heartier meal.
