Meat Balls Napoli Recipe
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (16 ounce.) can cut green beans
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. finely minced celery
- 1 tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. beef broth
- 3 c. warm cooked rice
- Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, egg, seasonings and 3 Tbsp.
- spaghetti sauce; mix thoroughly.
- Form into 12 meat balls.
- Place in greased shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 min.
- Meanwhile, blend cornstarch with broth and remaining spaghetti sauce.
- Add in green beans and simmer about 2 min.
- Pour over meat balls; continue baking 10 min longer.
- Serve over rice.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
