Curried Chicken Pasta Salad
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1/2 cup yogourt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup cashews, toasted
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Cook 3 cups Primo Gnocchi Pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse.
- Toss with a little oil.
- Combine pasta, 2 chopped leftover grilled chicken breasts, 3 chopped green onions, 2 sliced carrots and 1/2 cup raisins.
- Mix together 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing, 1/2 cup yogourt, 1 Tbsp.
- curry powder, 1 tsp.
- each honey and dry mustard.
- Toss with pasta mixture.
- Top with 1/2 cup toasted cashews and serve.
