Jalapeno Corn Casserole
- 3 cans corn drained
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 can (sm.) chopped jalapenos (or to taste)
- Melt cream cheese and butter in microwave.
- Add flour and milk; mix together.
- Add corn and jalapenos.
- Cook in 350F oven 30 minutes or until bubbly.
