Garlic-Ginger Bourbon Chicken

  1. Mix marinade.
  2. Spread chicken in a single layer in a shallow pan and cover with marinade.
  3. The longer it marinates, the better the flavor.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  5. Bake for 45 min.
  6. It can be grilled or broiled.
