Multigrain Cranberry Pecan Muffins
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 (7.4 ounce) package honey bran muffin mix
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 (4.4 ounce) container Minute Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Coat muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add muffin mix, dried cranberries, pecan pieces, and rice mix.
- Stir in agave and soy milk, mixing well.
- Spoon mixture into prepared tin.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or lightly browned.
