Easy Greeky! Vegetarian Hotdish Side #SP5

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients (except olives) together in a 9 x 13 pan.
  3. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake until cooked through -- between 60-75 minutes depending on altitude.
  5. Remove and garnish with olives.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Great side dish or could even serve as a main meal!
