Taxco Fizz

• 2 jiggers tequila
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• Juice of 1 lime
• Powdered egg white (equivalent to 1 raw egg white)
• Soda water

1. Shake the tequila, sugar, lime juice, and egg white vigorously with lots of cracked ice.
2. Strain into 2 chilled martini glasses and top with cold soda water.
