Triple-Mocha Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.
  3. Grease foil.
  4. Microwave 3/4 cup (1-1/2 sticks) butter and unsweetened chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  5. or until butter is melted.
  6. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  7. Add granulated sugar, 4 eggs, 2 Tbsp.
  8. coffee granules and 1 tsp.
  9. vanilla; mix well.
  10. Stir in flour until well blended; pour into prepared pan.
  11. Bake 25 min.
  12. Meanwhile, microwave brown sugar and 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of the remaining butter in small microwaveable bowl 1 min.
  13. or until butter is melted.
  14. Add 1 Tbsp.
  15. of the remaining coffee granules and remaining egg and vanilla; mix well.
  16. Chop 6 oz.
  17. semi-sweet chocolate.
  18. Add to brown sugar mixture with nuts; mix well.
  19. Spread nut mixture over warm brownies.
  20. Bake 20 min.
  21. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  22. (Do not overbake.)
  23. Cool completely.
  24. Microwave remaining semi-sweet chocolate, butter and coffee granules in microwaveable bowl 1 min.
  25. or until butter is melted.
  26. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  27. Drizzle over brownies; let stand until firm.
