Kinako Balls For All You Kinako Lovers
- 5 heaping tablespoons Kinako
- 1 to 2 heaping tablespoons Artificial sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 Sugar
- 1 Kinako for topping
- Mix everything, expect the kinako, together.
- Then mix in the kinako.
- Shape into balls and sprinkle the kinako reserved for the topping.
- Put in a plastic container, seal the lid, shake, shake, shake and they're done.
- This time I used oligosaccharide sweetener.
- It's also delicious made with honey or mizu-ame syrup.
