Chocolate Fruit Muffins
- 358 g chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 12 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 12 teaspoons allspice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 cup dried mango, chopped
- 12 cup raisins
- 12 cup maraschino cherry
- Preheat oven 350 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin pan with butter or margerine.
- In a large bowl, mix the dry and wet ingredients together.
- Make sure the cake mix is properly incorporated into the batter, by scraping the bottom of the bowl.
- Add the fruit, and mix well.
- Fill the muffins cups 3/4 of the way through (filling the cups to the top will make for a messy spillover).
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
