Grasshopper Pie

  1. Sprinkle cookie crumbs into 8-inch pie plate which has been sprayed with no stick cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Pour milk and extract into large mixing bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix.
  4. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Gently stir in whipped topping and chocolate.
  6. Spoon into prepared pie plate.
  7. Garnish with quartered wafers.
  8. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours.
  9. Remove from freezer.
  10. Let stand about 10 minutes to soften before serving.
  11. Store any leftover pie in freezer.
