Ray's' Tortellini Poppers

  1. Start by cooking tortellini as directed on package.
  2. Don not over cook*.
  3. let drain really well.
  4. heat up cooking oil on medium.
  5. Now incorporate bread crumbs, panko & seasonings.
  6. Add milk to a seperate bowl.
  7. dip tortellini I to milk then breading mixture fry till golden only takes a few minutes.
  8. serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
