Potato Casserole

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, peel then shred
  2. Place in 2 3 quart casserole dish
  3. Pour melted butter over potatoes
  4. Mix together soup, sour cream, milk, onions, and cheese
  5. Pour evenly over potatoes
  6. Cover the top with buttered crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese
  7. Bake 30 minutes at 325F
