rice pilaf and tangy marinade bbq ribs
- 3 lb boneless pork ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion
- 1/4 tbsp lemon or lime juice (fresh)
- 1 can beer
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 5 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp A1 steak sauce
- 1 chili and cayenne powder (t/t)
- 1 paprika (t/t)
- 1 red and orange bell pepper (diced)
- 2 cup rice
- 4 cup beef stock
- preheat oven to 375
- set ribs in oven safe dish
- mix all ingredients.
- except last three!!!

- heat pan and saute rice for 1 min on stove top
- add stock and diced bell peppers
- bring to boil then simmer
- heat first mixture to a boil then simmer
- pour heated bbq sauce over ribs cover and place in oven for 1 1/2 hours
- place ribs and sauce over rice and enjoy!!
