Baked Chicken In Cream Recipe
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 10 x chicken thighs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 x chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 2 c. water
- 1 c. cream
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Wash chicken pcs in cool water and pat dry.
- Roll each piece in the flour mix to coat all sides.
- Heat oil in heavy pan.
- Brown chicken on both sides.
- Remove chicken to a large, flat baking dish.
- Add in remaining flour mix to drippings in frying pan.
- Heat well and stir.
- Add in the bouillon water, stirring till it comes to a boil.
- Add in the cream and mix well.
- Pour this gravy over the browned chicken.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 325 .
