Creamy Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Roll pork chops in seasoned flour.
  2. Brown in a minimum of warm oil in skillet.
  3. Mix together canned lowfat milk and soup.
  4. Pour over chops.
  5. Cook over low burner till chops are done and tender - turning often.
  6. Remove chops from gravy.
  7. Serve gravy over cooked egg noodles.
  8. Works well with steak and chicken, too.
