Bouillabaisse (For Microwave) Recipe

  1. Cut fish into 6 or possibly 8 portions.
  2. Pat dry n paper towels.
  3. In 13x9x2 inch baking dish, cook onion in oil on high 2 min or possibly till tender, stirring once.
  4. Stir in tomatoes, lemon slices, parsley, garlic, bouillon, thyme, allspice, red pepper and saffron.
  5. Cook covered at high for 7 min.
  6. Add in fish.
  7. Cook covered at medium high for 10 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork.
  8. Giving dish 1/2 turn once, transfer fish to serving platter.
  9. Blend cool water and cornstarch.
  10. Stir into tomato mix.
  11. Cook uncovered at high for 4 min or possibly till thick and bubbly.
  12. Stir after each minute.
  13. Serve with warm cooked rice.
