Baked Plantain Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Peel the plantain with a knife and thinly slice.
  3. In a bowl, toss chips with olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper until well mixed.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chips in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 15-17 minutes, flipping once halfway through at about 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from baking tray and enjoy!
