Baked Plantain Chips
- 1 whole Unripe Plantain
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Peel the plantain with a knife and thinly slice.
- In a bowl, toss chips with olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper until well mixed.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place chips in a single layer.
- Bake for 15-17 minutes, flipping once halfway through at about 8 minutes.
- Remove from baking tray and enjoy!
