Hamburger Quiche
- 1 -2 unbaked pie shell
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 12 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch, heaping
- 34 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 34 cup swiss cheese, cubed
- 13 cup green onion, sliced
- salt, pepper, paprika, to taste
- Brown ground beef with the green onion and bell pepper.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- In another bowl, add milk to the cornstarch gradually.
- Stir so it won't lump.
- Add eggs; mix all ingredients together and place in pie shell.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
