Mom's Old Fashioned Rice Pudding Recipe

  1. Combine Minute Rice, lowfat milk and raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a buttered 1 qt baking dish.
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring after 15 min and again when pudding is done.
  3. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
  5. Pudding thickens as it stands.
  6. Serves 4-5.
  7. Note: Ingredients can be doubled for more servings with the exception of lowfat milk using just 4 c. of lowfat milk.
