Smoky Kielbasa with Seasoned Cabbage and Potatoes

  1. In a very large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Then add the kielbasa.
  3. Brown kielbasa on both sides then remove it from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add seasoned cabbage and top it with a single layer of potato slices.
  5. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper, then return the kielbasa to the pan by placing the links on top of the potatoes.
  6. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover pan.
  7. Continue simmering for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
