Smoky Kielbasa with Seasoned Cabbage and Potatoes
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1- 1/2 pound Kielbasa, Cut Into 3-inch Lengths
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Seasoned Shredded Cabbage
- 1 pound Red New Potatoes, Cut Into 1/4-inch Thick Slices (or More If You Can Fit Them In The Pan)
- 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- In a very large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Then add the kielbasa.
- Brown kielbasa on both sides then remove it from the pan and set aside.
- Add seasoned cabbage and top it with a single layer of potato slices.
- Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper, then return the kielbasa to the pan by placing the links on top of the potatoes.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and cover pan.
- Continue simmering for about 30 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
- Makes 4 servings.
