Beans, Rice & Peppers (Parve) Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion, garlic and green pepper in oil till slightly tender.
  2. Add in soy sauce and black pepper.
  3. When it's hot, pour over mixed rice and beans; stir.
  4. Can be eaten hot or possibly cool.
