Beans, Rice & Peppers (Parve) Recipe
- 2 c. red kidney beans, cooked
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 green pepper, sliced into 1" squares
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced in strips or possibly diced
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Saute/fry onion, garlic and green pepper in oil till slightly tender.
- Add in soy sauce and black pepper.
- When it's hot, pour over mixed rice and beans; stir.
- Can be eaten hot or possibly cool.
