Simple Italian Chicken

  1. Place thawed chicken breast in large ziplock bag and add all ingredients- shake bag to coat chicken.
  2. Remove the air- chicken should be covered by liquid.
  3. Marinate for at least 4 hours- If you can let it sit overnight even better!
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. Seer chicken in skillet until slightly brown.
  6. Place chicken and marinade in baking dish- bake for 20 minutes, turn breasts over and bake for another 20 minutes.
