Simple Italian Chicken
- 4 -6 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless)
- 16 ounces Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 12 cup water
- 12 teaspoon italian seasoning
- Place thawed chicken breast in large ziplock bag and add all ingredients- shake bag to coat chicken.
- Remove the air- chicken should be covered by liquid.
- Marinate for at least 4 hours- If you can let it sit overnight even better!
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Seer chicken in skillet until slightly brown.
- Place chicken and marinade in baking dish- bake for 20 minutes, turn breasts over and bake for another 20 minutes.
