Apple Pearadise Pie * Recipe
- 1 pkt stouffer's escalloped apples
- 10 ounce frzn strawberries defrost liquid removed
- 2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. margarine melted
- 1 lb can pear halves cut in thirds
- 1 c. whipped cream
- Prepare apples according to package directions; cold.
- Combine apples and strawberries.
- Combine coconut and margarine; press firmly into ungreased 9" pie plate.
- Bake at 300 for 20-30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Cold.
- Arragne pears on coconut crust.
- Spoon apple mix proportionately over all; top with whipped topping.
- Refrigeratefor 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- VARIATIONS: Instead or possibly strawberries, substitute 1 c. of canned whole cranberry sauce Or possibly 10 ounce package of frzn, defrosted and liquid removed raspberries.
