Chinese Prawns In Chili Sauce (Kan Shao Ming Hsia) Recipe

  1. Wash prawns.
  2. Cut off tail end to drain.
  3. Remove legs.
  4. Slit backs.
  5. Remove black veins.
  6. Cut each into 3 sections.
  7. Marinate in soy sauce and wine.
