Creamed Hash Browns Recipe
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
- 2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
- 1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Heat 4 Tbsp.
- butter and mix with 1 1/2 c. crushed Corn Flakes.
- Combine all remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Sprinkle butter and flakes on top of mix.
- Place in 12 x 7 inch pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour.
