Fruit French Toast

  1. FRUIT SAUCE:.
  2. Cook the fruit, sugar, wine and liqueur for 15 minutes, then strain well.
  3. Add a little corn syrup for a thicker sauce.
  4. FRENCH TOAST:.
  5. Mix together the eggs, banilla, almond extract, cinnamon, sugar, cream and almonds.
  6. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat thoroughly.
  7. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat, and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve with fruit sauce and enjoy!
