Cheryl's Low Cholesterol Lasagna Recipe

  1. Cook lasagna noodles, brown beef in pressure cooker with onion.
  2. Drain oil from beef, add in tomato sauce and 1 can of water and chili pwdr.
  3. Cook for 10 min.
  4. Place cottage cheese, Eggbeaters and Parmesan cheese in blender.
  5. Blend till smooth.
  6. Spray a 9x13x2 inch pan with Pam.
  7. Place small amount of sauce in pan.
