Chicken With Mushrooms And Cheese Recipe
- 6 chicken cutlets (you can keep whole or possibly cut)
- 1 (8 ounce.) bag Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 sm. cans cut mushrooms
- Bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- Cut chicken cutlets.
- Put moderate amount of bread crumbs in flat dinner plate.
- Take 2 Large eggs and beat in wide bowl.
- Take oil and put in large frying pan.
- Take chicken and dip both sides in egg and then place in bread crumbs.
- Make sure it covers both sides.
- Place in frying pan.
- Cook till golden brown on medium heat.
- Watch carefully, they will burn easily.
- Flip over and cook till golden brown.
- Check frequently.
- Put on large plate and absorb grease with paper towel.
- Place in baking dish.
- Put cheese on, then put mushrooms on top.
- Bake, uncovered, for 20 min at 350 degrees.
