Chef Dressing
- 23 cup olive oil or 23 cup vegetable oil
- 1 12 teaspoons salt (I use less.)
- 18 teaspoon sugar
- 14 cup fresh lemon juice (not reconstituted)
- 1 pinch curry powder (amount will depend on how much you you like curry.)
- Mix all ingredients in a dressing bottle or jar.
- Chill several hours to blend flavors.
- Serve with tossed greens.
